Disappointing

The Chalet overall was very nice and cosy, with a lot of small details to make your stay atmospheric. Even though it is smaller than you expect (one room ca. 10 sqm) it is a good fit for a couple.

The communication with the host (Oliver) was problematic - we didn't speak French and the host spoke very limited / was not willing to speak English. We had trouble locating the chalet and asked the host for help to meet us at the place. Instead, he sent us the address (which we already had) and expected us to find it ourselves (it later turned out he was not at the property). Another disappointing factor was the unexpected charges that the host tried to apply on us. On the check-in day the host told us via messages that there is a supplemental fee for bed linen and towels in the amount of 45 EUR that must be paid in cash. Once we checked-in, he came in person and told us that there is also a local tax to pay in the amount of 24 EUR. Since we did not have that much cash on hands, he then said it is okay and took all the cash we had (basically covering the supplemental fee only). The whole communication was problematic, since he was speaking in French and did not try to explain anything, except saying that "this is normal for France". We felt shaken down by such an approach and our inability to do anything since we were not speaking French.

Un moment suspendu et magique au pied du Mont Charvin

Nous avons aimé la situation de ce petit village face au Mont Charvin. Très facile de visiter et de profiter de la région à 30 minutes d’Annecy. L’atmosphère cosy du chalet, l’accueil, la gentillesse et les bons conseils des hôtes. Le confort du chalet, la cuisine très fonctionnelle. Tout était très mignon !

Séjour décevant et non reposant , dû à l’inconfort de cet hébergement !

Le cadre et la décoration du chalet. L’équipement complet.

Séjour initialement prévu pour 15 jours, malheureusement écourté d’une semaine en raison d’un logement non conforme au descriptif. Le logement était annoncé comme disposant de 2 chambres, alors qu’en réalité elles étaient inexistantes. L’espace nuit avait été transformé en un simple salon équipé d’un canapé savoyard extrêmement inconfortable, avec des lattes de sommier qui nous ont littéralement abîmé le dos. Ce même espace servait également de salle à manger, avec une table escamotable et seulement deux petits tabourets en bois, rendant l’ensemble très peu pratique. L’espace était si réduit qu’il était difficile de se déplacer, donnant une impression permanente de jouer à Tetris. La salle d’eau avec WC était elle aussi très exiguë, rendant son utilisation peu agréable. Enfin, l’accès au chalet ainsi que la place de parking étaient particulièrement compliqués : la rampe est étroite, très inclinée, et devient quasiment impraticable en cas de neige.

Superbe séjour à 2 dans un chalet cozy perdu au creux des Alpes

C'est un magnifique chalet perdu dans un petit village, niché au creux des montagnes. Super calme, des vues à couper le souffle. Olivier était là pour nous accueillir et veiller à ce que tout se passe bien, tout en restant discret. Le chalet est très joli et très bien équipé (!). Pour les repas, on a fait des courses dans un supermarché du coin (puis cuisiné au chalet) + un resto. Superbe terrasse et petit jardin ! L'idéal pour 3-4 jours en amoureux, et se balader dans les environs.

C'était un peu compact au début, et puis on a vite trouvé nos marques.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce logement avec tout l'équipement nécessaire ! Le cadre est magnifique, le jardin est paisible et les environs permettent de faire des randonnées extras ! Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leur sympathie.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce chalet. L’endroit est magnifique, très bien entretenu et parfaitement équipé. L’accueil a été à la fois professionnel et chaleureux, ce qui nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise. Mon fils a adoré la présence des animaux juste à côté du chalet, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. L’environnement est paisible et propice à la détente. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Pas de chambre canapé lit il fallait faire le lit avant de pouvoir mettre une petite table bancal deux tabourets hauts et deux chaises courtes heureusement pas d’enfants.

Tout était top

Chalet très propre et décoré avec soin. Tout le nécessaire et le confort pour passer de bons moments. Le jardin et le charme du village idéalement situé pour aller skier à la Clusaz ou au Grand Bornand.
