Cabin-style chalet in the heart of nature.

We rent this small chalet (mazot) which is next to the chalet we occupy. It is located at an altitude of 1,300 m, in the heart of the mountain pastures, in the Aravis mountain range, with a magnificent view of the mountains.
If you are a lover of peace and wide open spaces, if you like hiking, running, mountain biking, paragliding, snowshoeing or ski touring, this is an ideal pied-à-terre. But if you are looking for a place to disconnect and recharge your batteries, this is also the case.
Completely renovated in 2022, we wanted to keep a cabin spirit but with all the necessary comforts.
With a surface area of 16 m2, it has an equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress, a mezzanine with two single mattresses that can accommodate a child and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Heating with a wood stove and additional electric convector. It also has a cellar with washing machine which also allows you to store sports equipment. Outside, a terrace with table and chairs, a garden and a parking space.
Linen is provided and we provide snow removal. We leave at your disposal pairs of snowshoes as well as a fondue, raclette and pierrade set.
Le Bouchet-Mont-Charvin is a small mountain town (200 inhabitants) located 30 minutes from Lake Annecy and the nearest ski resort (Manigod/La Clusaz), 30/35 minutes from Saint Jean de Sixt and Grand Bornand, 45 minutes from Annecy, 1 hour from Les Saisies and 1h30 from the first Savoyard resorts (Val Thorens).
From the chalet pass the hiking trails which are accessible to all levels. In good snow conditions, you can also leave directly from the chalet on snowshoes or on skis.
For amenities, a small grocery store is 10 minutes away, otherwise, Thônes is 15 minutes away and has everything (market, supermarkets, organic grocery store, bakeries, butchers, pharmacies, cinema, doctor...).
