the location was great for all of our daily needs. we are in love with this cozy cottage. the staff was extremely nice, so friendly to all our needs due to myself and my service animal. so nice that we stayed another night! special trip after postponing our usual, annual vacation post c-19 lockdowns...first trip back to the Smokies in 2yrs, and we were very satisfied. We look forward to our next trip and we are planning to book the same cottage again. Thank you all of the staff of Aunt Bug's Rentals.
The only thing my family and I didn't enjoy was the fact that we could not stay longer. Great staff, great lodgings, great location, my "happy place" is the Smokies! really enjoy the people of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge.
