About this house rental

Spacious lovely and confortable villa, 800 meter from the beach, 8 persons, clim, private pool. Built on the hill, the house has a good view of the sea and grapewines.4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom,1 shower room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. Sheets and towels furnished. Outside, you will have all the space to enjoy a typical Mediterranean garden with palms, cactus, bougainvillea and oleanders. Wifi, dischwasher, washingmachine, dryer, Nespresso machine, table tennis, boules pitch and private parking.
A Rental contrat will be signed and a deposit will be requisted (2000€) and returned at the latest, 10 days after the departure.

Het huis met landelijke stijl heeft alle moderne accommodaties. Alle uitrusting is van hoge kwaliteit. TV, bedden, keuken apparaten zoals inductie kookplaat, toaster, nespresso etc. zelfs keukengerief is van top kwaliteit. De eigenaar voorziet ook kleine maar zeer handige accessoires, zoals kinderbed en buggy. dit toont dat hij u een zorgeloze vakantie wenst. De ligging is zeer rustig. Men kan er volledig tot rust komen.
