Nice and quiet room on the hill

It’s easy to find even though located up on hill. The room has everything you need (e.g. towels, iron, cutleries, etc) . The place was clean and tidy. I really enjoyed the hot shower after a day of sightseeing.

Lovely and gorgeous.

We really liked the location, bed, cleanliness and facilities of the studio. The dressing gowns were an extra bonus too! Jacky and Pervaiz were very helpful and also left us a little treat on arrival, which was really thoughtful of them. Would definitely recommend staying here and would also recommend taking a trip to Mousehole which was our personal fave spot.

Secluded but close to get to all the lovely places in Cornwall - we went to the Minack theatre and also visited lots of

Great location - how to find it made very clear in the communications by the owners so no probs. Private and quiet with one neighbour. Private secluded garden with countryside views. Slept like a log

The property was incredibly clean and tidy, spacious room with modern kitchen and shower room. Location was perfect for Marazion/Penzance but also St Ives, Hayle and the bottom end of Cornwall.

Idyllic country retreat

Idyllic country location just outside of Penzance and a short drive to Mousehole, Land’s End and St, Ives. The hosts created a perfect sanctuary with everything we could want for comfort and convenience. The spotlessly clean, modern studio is nicely decorated with a seaside feel, and shows a great attention to providing everything for a lovely stay, including a full kitchen and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed sitting out in the evenings, enjoying the view of the valley and listening to the chirping birds. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic.

The studio and the views from the studio were stunning. The studio is on a little hill (of sorts), which allows for a bird's eye view of the nearby St Michael's Mount from the yard. If one were inclined to wake up early one can catch a lovely sunrise from the east-facing windows. It felt like Jacky and Pervaiz went the extra mile to pick out little thoughtful elements for the studio that makes the stay complete, from textured non-slip shower floors to chopsticks. We had a bit of trouble unlocking the door at first and Pervaiz very quicky popped by to help us (pro tip: if the key won't turn 360 degrees, pull/push the door firmly towards the frame to realign). We had a lovely time and would recommend!

The studio is about half a mile uphill from the nearest bus stop (without good sidewalks) so it's not suited for those who plan on using public transit instead of driving.

It was the perfect getaway for a relaxing weekend.

The location is perfect if you want peace and quiet, and take in the wonderful views of Cornwall. There is everything you could possibly need to cater for yourselves during your stay, and a very close drive to the shops to pick up your essentials. A very relaxing stay.

Beautiful, amazing peaceful stay

Would definitely recommend this stay for those who are looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful , the studio is very well looked after! The owners updated us on where too exactly it was located and wished that we had a lovely stay, there’s instructions on how to use the facilities in the studio as well, very easy access and lovely beautiful stay , very close to the Penzance village so you don’t have to travel far at all! Lovely 20 minutes away from st Ives , also was recommended places to go and eat and places to travel to like st Michaels mount would definitely recommend this studio to my friends and family and I would 100% stay again thank you so much for a wonderful warm welcomed stay

Absolutely fabulous!

An exceptional property in a beautiful location. Excellent facilities and the property was spotlessly clean, and everything finished to a high spec. Local to Penzance, St Michaels Mount, Land's End and beautiful coastal walking routes, with magnificent views. Would definitely recommend.

The only constructive feedback we have is the water pressure of the shower being poor, never the less, it did not spoil our stay.
