About this house rental
Charming house in one of the most typical hamlets of the island of Oléron. It is located in a dead end without any passage, therefore very quiet. Close to the beach (900 m).
The pretty, fully enclosed tree-lined garden (520 m2), not overlooked, will allow you to have a pleasant lunch in the shade, to relax in the sunbathing areas. If you have children, they can safely play around.
Tastefully decorated, and with every comfort.
Large bright living room (living room, dining room, open kitchen)
Upstairs 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet
1.5 km from the Port de la Cotinière and its shops, 4 km from Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron ("Capital" of the island).
Cycling paths nearby will allow you to criss-cross the island by bike.
We call on a Concierge service (Coup2mains Agency in Saint-Pierre d'Oléron) who will welcome you.
Optional rental of bed and bathroom linen. The Concierge can take care of cleaning if you leave (count a cleaning fee of € 100 for the house).
It offers a whole range of optional services such as baby sitting, running, meal preparation, etc.

Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es hat einen wunderschönen großen Garten, in dem man sich gerne aufhält.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Très belle maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et parfaitement bien équipée! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme, le jardin et la situation géographique: proche des commodités et de la plage. Je recommande cette location!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Fabienne. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et as tout le confort souhaité. Taille parfaite pour 4 peronnes. Nous avons apprécié le quartier calme. Toutefois, le parking peut devenir un problème en haute saison. Louez des vélos!

Services assez efficaces , Propriétaire , très sympathique , gentilles attentions , séjour réussie , Maison agréable et Jardin bien ombrager , petit Bémols emplacement pas si pratique que ça , pour la voiture ... mais bon hors saisons , ont finis par quasi , avoir sa place . pleine saison ? je ne peut pas dire , je ne connait pas .
