I stayed in a few apartments in the area & this was the best - more spacious, modern & better organised.

Buena ubicación, cerca del telesilla de la estación Roc d'enfer y con guarda esquís. El apartamento es muy pequeño pero suficiente para una pareja (sofa cama) y dos niños o personas pequeñas (literas en el pasillo). La kitchenette bien equipada. Arnaud nos ayudó a encontrar perfectamente el acceso via whatsapp, y también por videollamada. Estuvo intentando resolver los problemas de menaje y limpieza que tuvimos.
La limpieza fue muy deficiente. Las camas no estaban hechas, incluso faltó ropa de cama y toallas (éramos 4 adultos y pusieron 2 toallas de ducha y 2 de manos). Arnaud estuvo gestionando y llegaron las sábanas faltantes antes de la primera noche, aunque no puedo hacer nada por la limpieza. A veces pasan estas cosas con el personal de limpieza, pero Arnaud tuvo disposición para resolver. Aunque tardó unos días, lo compensó un poco económicamente y estuvo en comunicación todo el tiempo.
