sleeping at height is not recommended for children under 6 years.
- a living room with a sofa bed (for 2 persons), a chair, a coffee table, chest of drawers, TV, decoder HD satellite DVD player.
- a dining area with a table, 4 chairs, storage. This space gives on a balcony displayed south and on the green spaces of the residence.
- a kitchenette equipped with a stove 4 ceramic hobs, oven, table top refrigerator, microwave and washing machine
- a bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilets
- Private cellar n°12 in the basement
