About this apartment rental
Apartment located in the Col du Corbier, in the heart of the Portes du Soleil, ideally located for all activities in summer and winter and at the start of many hiking trails, apartment for up to 4 beds (possible 2 additional people) of 28 m² located on the elevated first floor in a recent residence. We freshly renovated it in August 2022 to make it our Savoyard cocoon.
You can prepare good dishes thanks to the equipped kitchen open to the living room (microwave, multifunction oven, Senseo coffee machine, fondue and raclette set, crockery and kitchen utensils). It has a dining table for 6 people and gives direct access to the balcony to enjoy an unobstructed and breathtaking view of the mountains.
A connected TV with TNT is installed (FREE WIFI)
For your peaceful nights, a bedroom with a window is equipped with a double bed (140cm x 190cm), the mountain area has a bunk bed with safety barriers (90cm x 190cm) and the living room has a sofa bed for 2 people.
Only duvets and pillows are provided (linen not provided, please bring your own sheets, towels and dishcloth).
The bathroom has a bathtub. A hairdryer and a straightener are provided.
The toilets are separate.
Cleaning products and appliances are available (dishwashing liquid, sponge, vacuum cleaner, broom, scrubb, bucket, window product, scouring liquid, household white vinegar).
Only small/medium-sized dogs are allowed. Please specify the breed when making the reservation. Cats are not allowed.
To get rid of chores during your holidays, END-OF-STAY CLEANING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
To make your stay more enjoyable, a private parking space located in front of the apartment and a cellar is at your disposal.
A tennis court and a petanque court are located at the bottom of the residence as well as a restaurant. An Express crossroads, a market crossroads, a gas station, a bakery, a laundromat and other shops are a 10-minute drive away in the town of Saint Jean D'Aulps.
In order to improve future stays, do not hesitate to let us know about the improvements to be made!
