If you want to see France is a perfect location, super easy access from the train station and the owner is really nice and answer very fast

Well, Let start that i didn't read very carefully and it was in a 3er floor without an elevator, that was my mistake. After that, I normally try to give some opportunities to the places that have some recent reviews about being dirty because, if they read that, they may clean it. But the problem with the cleaning is that, the standard of what is clean or not is different for each person. Well , i would say that when i arrived, I had to put to wash all the bed sheets. The floor was sticky as it said in the reviews before. It's ashamed because the place has the potential to be great place. But in this condition the price should be less.

Disappointing hygiene

Close to trainstation (! you need another metroticket in Paris), free parkingplace before the appartment.

The bedsheets hadn't been changed, were dirthy. Also the floor, towel and sponge were dirthy. In the fridge were still sausages. the owner did not respond to messages regarding the bedsheets but did send messages regarding rules we had to follow.

Achtung, schmutzig!!

Die Lage war für uns super. Das ist leider das einzig Gute.

Es war sehr schmutzig. Hier hat definitiv niemand geputzt. Wir haben es versucht aber es war kaum was zum Putzen da. Wir haben das Nötigste dafür gekauft. Die Laken haben wir auch nochmal gewaschen, alles hat uns ein sehr unwohles Gefühl gegeben. Wir haben den Vermieter kontaktiert. Um halb elf stand jemand zum Putzen vor der Tür, das ging nicht. Der Kühlschrank hat gestunken. Mit etwas Fürsorge könnte dieses Airbnb in einem viel angenehmeren Zustand sein.
