Convenient location with great local food nearby. Easy access to major attractions. Warm, welcoming stay with a green garden and a cozy kitchen. Very clean; cleaned daily with fresh towels. The essential oils smell wonderful. Trang is very helpful, sharing useful tips about traveling in Vietnam and the history of Huế. We communicated easily in English

I rented a motorbike and had to wait a bit, probably because I didn’t book in advance. I recommend booking ahead to get your motorbike quickly beside, everything is very good ! highly recommend !

The bed are comfortable and they have AC.

You can listen everything from the room, walls are super thin, there is not secure place to leave the baggage, lockers in the room doesn't work, room doesn't have a key and the curtains are see through. Bathroom sometimes doesn't have hot water. Customer service is bad, they were no one when we arrived in the morning, the phone number to call them didn't work, and they reply in WhatsApp just when they want. We sent a message the day before of our arrival asking for some information, and we didn't have a reply, we sent a message also when we arrived in the morning and also no response. In the booking app said they had a free shuttle service and when we ask for it they said is pay, and they were a bit rude explaining that isn't free.
