L’emplacement
Manque de climat dans la chambre obligeant à la mettre plus fort dans le salon. Résultat, ceux qui couche de manière déjà inconfortable sur le canapé ont froid. Groupe de climat rendant la terrasse inutilisable si on veut y être et maintenir le logement au frais en laissant la baie fermée Le type d’état des lieux qui devrait être fait par le locataire entrant et un sortant avec l’agence.
