We loved it just as described on listing I know the town and area as I was born in France so my parents who are still there had reached to the owner before we arrived to clarify a couple things
My only complaint would be be with no available AC it got kind of hot

Localisation très calme mais optimale car proche du centre.
Appartement très bien équipé. Attention personnes à mobilité réduite, accès par escalier métallique. Beau balcon.
