About this apartment rental

DOWNTOWN - RIGHT BANK - P3 fully renovated, ideal location, facing the sea and 500m from the City Center. Composed of a living room with air conditioning, wifi and tv, equipped kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave), bedroom 1 with a double bed and a bunk bed, bedroom 2 with a double bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. At the entrance a storeroom with washing machine. A private garage. Furnished and equipped for 6 people.

OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen set: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover set: €20/bed (1 flat sheet and 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 80€ P3 (Free of pet hair)

Two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency.
