About the Podere Colle Il Diaccino facility
The "Colle Il Diaccino" complex was planned and designed by the owners themselves. A separate concept for living in a holiday home was realized. In connection with the climate, architecture should help to separate from everyday life more easily and to find oneself in another world. Light and colors, the connection between inside and outside, materials (natural stone, wood, fabrics) and the integration of art play an important role.
Architecture, climate and landscape create a framework in which the guest can enjoy the holiday region of Maremma and southern Tuscany in a relaxed and stimulating way. The large garden area also contributes to this, which offers the whole variety of the typical Tuscan landscape such as cypresses, pines, olives, stone and cork oaks, oleanders and much more.
Apartment Giuncarico description
In this very spacious, interesting and practically divided apartment on the ground floor in warm colors, both bedrooms have direct access to their own bathroom and all rooms have direct access to the terrace and portico (covered outdoor area). Living room with large dining table, half-open kitchen and cozy seating area in front of an open fireplace. The portico is well equipped with a dining area and comfortable outdoor seating (plus sun loungers for the garden). A large olive tree in the south provides additional shade for the sun loungers in the garden. The view goes from there to the village of Caldana on the slope, from the back terrace with dining area and parasol to the hills around the village of Giuncarico.

The apartment is perfectly fine, with a lovely view over the Tuscan countryside. The residence is peaceful, the pool is secure and suitable for all ages. The surroundings are very quiet – ideal conditions for a relaxing stay.It’s a little over an hour from Siena, about two hours from Florence, and only 20 to 30 minutes from the sea.Just one thing to note: unless you're German or a Germanophile, communication can be a bit tricky – all the instructions and information are in German, with English versions available upon request.Access to the house is via a dirt road: if you're driving a sports car… forget it – your chassis won’t survive . Lastly, the exit onto the main road is a bit risky, as it comes right after a bend… you’ll need a bit of luck each time!

Een goed verzorgde vakantie woning met alle voorzieningen, prachtig verzorgd landgoed en heerlijk zwembad. Echt een aanrader. We hebben hier heel erg van genoten. Ook de tennis baan, benodigde tennis attributen was heel fijn. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Wij komen zeker terug!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf dem Landgut in Grilli. Die Hügellage ist wunderschön und absolut ruhig. Viele schöne Strände sind in 25-45min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Pool und die Wohnung sind sehr sauber und gepflegt und komplett eingerichtet.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Objekt ist sehr schön und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Mit Fe-wo-Direkt sind wir unzufrieden, über den Account erhielten wir keinerlei Antworten und eine Teilstornierung war sehr mühevoll!
