This holiday home with pool, available exclusively to guests, is located 3.7 km from Caldana in the Maremma countryside. The property includes a large fenced garden, a bean-shaped pool (with trampoline and indoor lighting), a barbecue and a furnished veranda for outdoor lunches and dinners. A holiday in this holiday home allows you to get to know the Maremma, taste typical wines, organise excursions to the sea (Follonica is only 15 minutes away by car) or to the Uccellina Park, an ideal natural oasis for families, and visit the small medieval villages of the hinterland. The island of Elba can be reached by ferry from Piombino (half an hour away by car). The gate adjacent to the property is automatic and remote-controlled. The owner of the house can put at your disposal the contacts of qualified personnel for additional services such as babysitter, cookery course, home cook.
