About this house rental
The house is located in the village of Caldana, a charming medieval city in the Tuscan Maremma. Proximity to the sea, mountains and trees create the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable holiday. The house is situated a few kilometers from Castiglione della Pescaia, where guests can find many restaurants, bars and tourist services. Guests can taste the products available locally; including wine and olive oil, the representative products of the fantastic Tuscany.
This house is on two floors, upper and lower, which are connected by a staircase but are separable also with a lockable door.
The main entrance of the house is on the upper floor, where you enter it from the street. After its entrance and an atrium where you can come right into the spacious and cozy kitchen in the open living room with large French windows, fireplace and television, beautiful pictures and two comfortable sofas. Here is also the dining area for lunch / dinner.
The living room leads to a spacious terrace where you come from one of the bedrooms.
The terrace overlooks the garden and a panoramic view of the surrounding hills and in the distance you can even see the sea.
Also upstairs there is a storage room, which contains all the products for the cleaning. Adjacent to this room is one of the bathrooms Bath in French Provencial style.
On the other side there are two bedrooms, one double with private bathroom and another smaller room with two single beds. Both rooms have views of the garden and have a panoramic view.
On the lower floor there is a long and spacious hall leading to another large living room with kitchen and dining area. Here is a high quality a double sofa bed. Between the hall and the living room there is also a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet.
From the living room there is a large window overlooking the garden overlooking the evergreen hills of Maremma.
The garden is very spacious, there is a large barbecue, a few fruit trees, a seat, a lawn, sun loungers and a parking space for the car.
At the level of the garden is a garage where you can store sports equipment comfortably and safely. Here is also the washing machine.

großzügiges Objekt mit kleinen Mängeln
WLAN Verbindung kaum vorhanden,
Fernseher hatte kein Signal, zu wenig Trinkgläser.
Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub in einem
bezaubernden Ort

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Maremma mit unseren Kindern voll genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und liegt sehr ruhig. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick in die Natur.
Caldana ist ein kleiner, beschaulicher und noch sehr ursprünglicher Ort. Mit der Familie kann man zu Fuß zu den Restaurants im Ort gehen. Es hat vorzüglich geschmeckt.
Vom sehr netten Vermieter haben wir wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung bekommen. Perfekte Strände, Thermen, Besichtigungen, Wanderungen, ...
Unsere Familie war voll begeistern von diesem Urlaub!

Wunderschönes, doppelstöckiges Haus in Caldana, einem romantisch mittelalterlichen Dörfchen, wo man das Leben richtig geniessen kann. Stilvoll eingerichtet, lauschiger Garten mit Grillplatz, Balkon mit Aussicht über die Südtoskana, Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Kommen gerne wieder!
