Luxury holiday home near Lake Bled & the Alps

La ubicación, a 20 minutos del lago Bled. Los baños reformados y lavavajillas en la cocina.

Hay un olor insoportable en el baño de abajo que inunda los dormitorios. La nevera es minúscula y tiene partes rotas. Colchón blando. Manchas en la moqueta y sofás. No tiene aire acondicionado y si abres las ventanas la casa se llena de bichos puesto que no hay mosquiteras. Las campanas de la iglesia suenan cada 15 minutos toda la noche.

- -Parasol / zonnescherm en lamp op het grote terras mist -Er kan geen raam open op de bovenste verdieping dus het kan niet doorluchten en wordt heel warm -veel achterstallig onderhoud in het hele huis. -koelkast: de deur van de vriezer is los en valt in de koelkast, dit is gemeld bij de verhuurder maar is niet opgepakt. Het water uit de vriezer liep in de koelkast -tuinsets zijn oud/ niet comfortabel

Communication with the host was terrible - very poor and unprofessional. She insisted on receiving personal document information for every guest who would be staying and refused to send the check-in instructions until we provided it. The way this was handled felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. In my opinion, it was completely unnecessary to require these details in advance just to receive check-in instructions. This could easily have been done during the stay, especially since hosts have several hours to register guests after arrival. The host was not understanding or flexible during the communication process, which made the experience frustrating from the start.
