Apartments Ladka

Ev sahibi son derece güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Oda çok tatlı, tertemiz ve ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şey düşünülmüştü. Evin bahçesi ve manzarası ayrıca harikaydı. Kendimizi adeta kendi evimizde gibi rahat hissettik. Konaklamamız boyunca çok keyifli ve huzurlu bir deneyim yaşadık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Tek olumsuz nokta konumuydu; onun dışında konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık.

Ladka is very friendly and made us feel welcomed. She was very helpful and gave tips about what to do and how to get there. Very nice and clean room.

The location was ok, the garden in front of the house was beautiful. The aparment was very clean. The parking was very near.

The main problem with this apartment is that is located in the basement, and this information was not disclosed during the reservation. The pictures didn`t reveal this fact. The entrance was half in basement but the other part was fully in basement (the windows view was toward the wall, and almost no daily light). Also, because of basement, the apartment was full of moisture, albeit the owner explained that and said it has dehumidification devices witch made noise. To keep in mind, we had two small children with us. One other thing, the apartment was connected through staircase with apartment above (this is not the definition of separate apartment). Also, within the apartment was big boiler room which made noises (not so anoying but the thought that there is a 500 liter pressure vessel near my living place is not very soothing). And one last thing, the kitchen was not nearly adequate for this apartment (the fridge was old and small, and the kitchen itself was improvized - it was keeping room of some kind before).
