Tuvimos dificultad para acceder con la llave virtual el día de nuestra llegada, pero luego de contactarnos se resolvió el inconveniente.

Access was thru an app. The doors were opening remotely thru the app, which was convenient. The flat is close to grocery stores, and right across the street is a late night takeaway, which was really good as we arrived late. The area where the flat is seems safe, and there are several restaurants quite close by foot. It is quite ok for families. The host communicated with us via WhatsUp, and seemed like it is a customer servise to a business, probably a chain of apartments. Host communication was quite good, they helped us with information whenever we need it (parking spaces around, travel information, etc). The apartment has like a tiny yard in the back. with table and chairs, with single access from the flat. While we were there is was rainy and cold, so not really useful for us.

Our bed was squeaking really bad. Almost even when you breath. That was the worst part. There was only one knife in the kitchen, and no real chef knife or a bigger one, for cooking and cutting meat for example. Adding this few simple items really helps when you come back in the flat tired and need to fix food quick.
