I loved the location, the aspect to the sun, the balcony and sun-terrace. The closeness to the beach. The peace and quiet. The garage space, the pool and the closeness to supermarket and shops. I liked the layout and decor. Very comfy.
There were a couple of maintenance jobs needing doing, the door-knob was loose, the balcony sunshade was ripped and the washing machine was out of order - which we were informed about prior to coming. The bathroom waste water drains - bath and toilet were badly stained. The toilet brush could have done with replacing.

Très propre et spacieux Coin cuisine bien équipé. Décoration bien faite. Le personnel à distance ( et uniquement par chat), vous répond facilement et aimablement Malheureusement aucune connaissance des lieux et pas de marge de manœuvre pour trouver une solution à des questions simples pour n’importe quel voyageur.
La vue sur la mer est cachée par un immeuble en ruines. La vue côté montagne donne sur des serres agricoles à l’abandon. Pas de réception ni de personnel pour faire le check-in, le check-out et pour expliquer les accès, le parking CAR TOUT se fait par internet et si vous n’avez pas de connexion, vous êtes perdu! Pas de chaises longues à la piscine (…à louer en plus probablement…) et l’eau est très froide.
