Apartamentos Las Terrazas de Sotavento By Sunkeyrents

Wat een geweldig appartement. Groot, volledig ingericht (inclusief oven, vriezer, wasmachine). Heerlijk dakterras in de ochtend zon met mooi uitzicht op Tejita beach. Je auto kan in de ondergrondse parkeergarage. Zwembad (heel rustig!) voor een kleine plons of wat baantjes. Supermarkt tegenover het complex. Vliegveld ligt achter het dorpje (15 min rijden) maar geen enkele last van gehad. Hele rustige, authentieke plek. Je zit echt tussen de locals en dat was geweldig. Fijn overleg met de host en zo konden we een uurtje later uitchecken.

- eerste keer in het appartement binnenkomen was een uitdaging (of een escaperoom-ervaring volgens de kinderen). Ondanks de duidelijke uitleg en de filmpjes is het wel even puzzelen. Als je eenmaal de sleutels hebt is het prima. - parkeerplek in de garage is fijn, maar wel achteraan en een klein plekje.....dus wel beetje stuntelen met inparkeren - wij vonden alle vier de bedden niet zo fijn. Het bed in de grote slaapkamer was wat zacht en in de kinderkamer vrij hard. Maargoed, dat mocht de pret niet drukken.

Location was good for a relaxing stay. Heated pool was lovely in october. Closeness to shops and some lovely restaurants was a bonus.

Toilet didn't flush when we arrived so text the owner who said they would report it but by lunchtime we still had a broken toilet so we took it upon ourselves to fix it. The sunbeds on the sun terrace were not fit for purpose and two of them just collapsed, I think they were just brittle from the sun. There weren't any sunbeds by the pool, however the photos showed that there were so you have to go down for a swim then back upto the terrace, would have been better to sunbathe by the pool. The shower curtain was ineffective. There's no lip on the shower tray and so water just runs off the curtain onto the floor so after 4 adults having a shower the bathroom had a pool of water. The two single beds in the small room are very low. Ok for small children but for adults not so much and that small room is like a sweat box too. Given all these things we still had a pleasant stay it's just these are the things we think could be better thanks.

Le ménage laisse à désirer...le congélateur gèle en surface,le lave vaisselle rouillé à certains endroits,le canapé sale et taché,les plinthes sales,la chasse d'eau fuit dans les toilettes,le rideau de douche moisi dans le bas et les petits lits très inconfortables.. à savoir c'est l'appartement 2L au 1er étage. Préférez le 2A il est nettement mieux .....
