Ático Beach Sotavento

The apartment was far beyond our expectations. It even provided a sun umbrella and beach chairs for us to take to the beach, which was a very thoughtful touch. The apartment also has both a washing machine and a dryer, making it very convenient for a longer stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially important during the summer. Both balconies were fantastic, providing plenty of space to relax, enjoy a drink, or spend time together. The pool at the ground floor is amazing to family.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really nice and comfortable apartment in a great location. It has everything you need for your stay — dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning and everything was working great. The apartment also has its own private terrace with a BBQ and seating area. The atmosphere there in the evening is really nice and relaxing. We only stayed for 2 nights, but really enjoyed our stay. I do have to mention that we had a little issue when we first arrived, which was also partly my fault as I hadn't added my contact details correctly. However, the owner and Arlet were very quick to help and sorted everything out for us. They were very helpful throughout, and we even received a little gift, which was a lovely touch and really appreciated. Sometimes things can go wrong — we're all human at the end of the day. For me, the important thing is how problems are dealt with, and they did everything they could to resolve the situation quickly and make sure we were happy. Thank you again to the owner and Arlet for your help, communication and hospitality. We really appreciate it and would happily stay again! 😊

Al no ser una zona de tránsito, el lugar es ideal para descansar, es bastante silencioso. La cama es cómoda. Aunque en los áticos suele hacer mucho calor, los aire acondicionados funcionan perfectamente. La terraza está genial para un día d barbacoa o una tarde d cervecitas entre charlas y juegos d mesa. El apartamento en general está bien equipado, con lo q t puedes sentir como en casa.Me gustó mucho la cafetera, le puedes porner diferentes cápsu las e incluso café molido. Hace un café rico y espumoso. El baño es amplio, luminoso y limpio.Desde las fotos del anuncio le han hecho algunas reformas, q para mi perecer esta mucho mejor ahora, le han puesto un mueble al lavabo y han cambiado la bañera por una ducha a ras de suelo, con una mampara fija d cristal transparente q le dan un toque más moderno. Las zonas comunes están bien, la piscina limpia y los baños d la piscina tambien están bien...

La tele está muy bajita, si t echas en el sillón no ves la tele con la mesa d centro, o la quitas o t sientas hacia delante y siempre mirando hacia abajo. La vitro es viejita y le cuesta un poco calentar( deberian cambiarla) Aunq la terraza es la zona estrella del ático( necesita actualizar un poco la decoración d plantas naturales o artificiales, las luces solares o eléctricas y los dardos

Résidence au top avec sa piscine. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et bien équipée. L'hôte est réactive à nos questions, au top !! Il est bien situé
