Top to bottom remodel, professionally designed as a coastal loft. This cozy beach house is pet friendly, 3 bedrooms including bunks, 2 bathrooms, gas fireplace, electric car charging station, beautiful view of the surf. 4 minute walk to the big and broad Heceta Beach. Cooks kitchen with a beach view, island and beverage station. Walnut Dining table and open floor plan. Huge deck and gas BBQ. Bonus "writer's studio" for quiet moments in the Pines. It is all about the view and the Sunsets!

We loved our stay. We are both 79 and thought the stairs in the pictures were stairs to the beach…not to the house. But they were. Other wise it’s great.

Honestly, the best location in Florence! Super easy walking access to the beach across the street and close to downtown for shopping and dining. The owners did an incredible job renovating this property, and it was absolutely perfect for our family for a long Easter weekend. The kitchen is stocked! Beds are super comfortable!
