About this villa rental
Immaculate two-bedroom/two-bath villa on one level in a small, upscale barrier island condo community. THREE MINUTE WALK TO PRIVATE GATED OCEAN ACCESS! The Coralstone property itself is right on Florida's scenic Route A1A and the small 69-unit complex is known for its lush, tropical greenery and above-average amenities and activities.
The guest-friendly floor plan features two separate en suite master bedrooms, great for one or two couples. A large living room, oversized family room (second living room) with separate built-in office area, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, and a small outdoor patio complete your vacation paradise. This is not your typical 2/2 condo -- think BIG and BRIGHT!
In addition to the spectacular and very quiet ocean beach, visitors will find Disney's Vero Beach Resort Hotel (with public restaurants and bars, snack bar with prepared take-out food options, and gift shop) , the historic Jungle Trail (great for walking or bicycling), and a funky beachside deli and convenience store -- all within easy walking distance.
Use of Coralstone's private resort-style heated pool, clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts, and fitness center with sauna are all included with your luxurious vacation stay. In addition, there is a very diverse schedule of optional complimentary activities including Friday night pot-luck socials, game nights, book club, tech talks, bingo, mah jong, bridge, water aerobics, and several other special events that happen in season (January through March/April).
Your on-site Premier Hosts always provide "concierge-level" service that past Guests have truly appreciated. An orientation to the property, Host-led local walking/biking/auto tours, restaurant and shopping recommendations, suggestions for nearby arts and sports activities, and much more -- all complimentary and personalized to your specific needs and interests -- are available upon request.
Vero Beach's very popular Oceanside District is less than 15 minutes away by car and features a variety of boutique clothing stores, restaurants and cafes, hotels, ice cream shops, and other specialty retailers. Or leave the barrier island for the 20-minute drive to Vero's Downtown Arts District of galleries, cafes, and independent local retail shops.
Other tourist attractions such as McKee Botanical Gardens, Navy SEAL Museum, Riverside Theater, Emerson Performing Arts Center, Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge, Vero Outlets Mall, Indian River Citrus Museum, Vero Beach Theater Guild, Vero Museum of Arts, and so many others are all within a 20-minute drive. This is a NO PETS and NO SMOKING condo. A rental application to the owner's condo association is required -- minimum of 2 weeks advance notice is preferred. There is a mandatory $100 non-refundable application fee to the owner's condo association (listed as Administrative Fee in the VRBO system) for this transaction for each booking. Owners will send the rental application form upon receiving your confirmed booking. Note: This is a very simple and quick form to complete, but it is a condo association requirement for all renters.
Monthly and seasonal rentals are available year-round; no pets and no smoking, please. Minimum three-month bookings for the January - March or February - April high season periods are preferred, but not required; one month minimums the rest of the year. The condo was well laid out, stocked with everything we needed, clean, and in a great location.Kevin was an incredible host, very friendly, and helpful.The neighbors and community were very welcoming.We would definitely stay again!!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Coralstone. Both owners and guests were friendly. The condo had everything you can imagine. We enjoyed some of the activities: pot luck dinner, bingo, trivia, and of course sitting by the pool. The beach was just across the street, as well as Disney's Vero Beach Resort. Our hosts provided restaurants, nearby activities and all sorts of booklets. We would stay again in a heartbeat if time permits.

Wonderful experience!! Owners are honest and hospitable people who take great pride in both their beautiful condo and providing great communication and meticulous details about everything and anything you can think of. We felt we truly were able to relax and unwind from our regular life and just enjoy all that the community and condo had to offer. The beautiful condo was well taken care of and provided great amenities. We loved the pool, the scenery of the old, established oaks, palms and many varieties of tropical plants, and many walks on the beach (which has private access). I highly recommend!! A big thanks to the owners for providing an exemplary example of excellent customer service.

Kathy and Kevin were the best! They went out of their way to make our stay so special. We were offered bikes, museum passes, info on concerts, and Kevin even used his pump to blow up two rafts for our grandchildren! Not an easy task! The condo included everything you could possibly need or want, the pool is very large, and just a short walk from the condo. The beach is spectacular, virtually empty, and again, just a short walk. We enjoyed meeting many other owners and renters who couldn’t have been nicer or more inviting. And if you play Pickleball, you can play three times a week with a great group of people!
Finally, Kathy and Kevin are lovely couple who enjoy meeting new people, and might even invite you for breakfast where you’ll spend the whole morning sharing stories. We look forward to seeing all our new friends at Coralstone next year!
