Amazing Super-Wide River View from the living room and Primary bedroom. Serene nature getaway. See dolphins, pelicans & manatees from the large screened balcony. Bring your own boat, or rent one from Cap’t Hiram’s, which also has a sandy beach bar with live music just 1 mile away. There are 2 bedrooms plus 1 add’l bedroom-sized den. Each bedroom has a King-sized bed and the living room has a Queen-sized Tempur-pedic sleeper sofa. Enjoy WiFi and cable TV. One of FL’s best surf destinations just minutes away, Sebastian Beach. Snowbirds welcome. 3 month minimum rental, $75 condo app approval required (15 day approval turnaround)

We stayed for 4 months. Loved the balcony overlooking the river. Watched dolphins, manatee and other wildlife. Very peaceful. The small neighborhood is walkable and people are very friendly. There is a produce stand nearby which is open every day. We took advantage of the indoor aerobics and pool aerobics. Pool is very inviting and heated. There is the occasional ladies night in clubhouse if you choose to participate. We did, ladies were very welcoming and friendly. There are many places to eat on the water in a 5 mile radius. Close to shopping and beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we stay on east coast. Hosts were very accommodating. They said anything we needed to let them know, we didn't need anything.
