This ia a quiet, private neighborhood with shallow water access to the Indian River Lagoon from your own dock. The famous Environmental Learning Center is a short walk and provides for beautiful nature trails and Floridian wildlife.

We were very pleased with the property. The location was perfect being only 7 minutes from Wabasso Beach. The beach was amazing. The property is set on a beautiful road that curves through the neighborhood with beautiful live oak trees. Wonderful area to walk our dog. Thehouse was spacious and bright with beautiful decoration throughout. A wonderful value for sure.

We had a great time at this property. We really enjoyed the location. The property manager, Mark, quickly responded to any concerns we had and addressed them immediately. We would definitely recommend this property.

This is a lovely home in a beautiful, quiet, and safe neighborhood. The house is secluded within a canopy of trees and we felt relaxed the moment we arrived. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. We loved that we could paddle the 2 kayaks to the Indian River right from the dock on the property! We watched many stunning sunsets from the back deck. A short 5 minute drive will bring you to prime beach access. Restaurants and shopping are close by as well. Mark provided excellent communication throughout our time here. We would absolutely stay at this home again, and highly recommend it!
