About this house rental
Beautiful 3/2 Heated Pool Home with poolside Smart TV and outdoor furniture! This home features a complete Master Suite, with private pool access, private shower, and large soaking tub. There is a large open Kitchen and living room with pool view. The spare bedrooms feature queen beds and smart tvs. The outdoor covered patio has comfortable outdoor furniture and a smart tv. This split plan offers privacy for the master and the two additional bedrooms. Perfect multi-family/couples arrangement!
Guests that have booked are confirming that they (the primary booker) and any guests that are part of the reservation, are aware and agree to the following rules outlined below, the rules listed under the house rules section, as well as any additional rules listed in the listing description/additional information section:
-$100 per pet fee is required. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.
-We will kindly confirm the number of guests and animals after a guest has booked. Confirmation is needed from the guest before access information is provided and before door codes are activated.
-Due to local city rules and permit regulations for vacation rentals, guests will need to contact the property manager at the number listed in the welcome binder for evening and overnight emergencies. The name and contact number is listed at the top of the front page under "Safety and Important Contact Info" and is also listed at the bottom of the checkout sheet where the Wi-Fi information is located.
-No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Animals are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard.
-1 house trained dog ok, no cats. Please inquire if dog is >20 lbs or you have more than 1.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence
-No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well.
-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or animals.
-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

Sebastian has several waterfront restaurants and bars, boat ramps and walking paths. It is also within an hour of Orlando Airport, Disney, Sea World, Cape Canaveral, Water Parks, Botanical Gardens, Riverside (and others) Theater, Vero Art Center, Brevard Zoo, and the list goes on and on.... not to mention the great Fishing!!!

Pool area was great but we did not get in becasue of the rain every day. Very nice kitchen well equiped. Would stay here again. Of course Eddy does a great job

Had a great stay. Eddie was very helpful and reminders. Pool didn’t seem to be saltwater but that wasn't a problem. Beds were very comfortable and was a lot of extras if needed. No garbage disposal which was weird for me. Would recommend this place in great neighborhood.

The home appears beautiful. It sits on a corner lot and as you come in - it looks good, until you get a closer look. We never spent any time in the living room. The furniture looked worn, and unkept. The bedrooms were organized, but only cleaned on the surface. The house was full of spiders everywhere. The pool on the first day, was full of black particles everywhere. Reached out to owner, he gave me a condescending reply, asking if I own a pool, and that he personally inspected the pool. He did not. Pool people came next day and it was 1000 times better. We wondered what the incredible quantity of particles were in the pool, only to find tons of spider eggs dangling from every part of the screen. Everywhere! I took my time to explain that my first born is special and needs extra care, and didn’t even bother to thoroughly clean. My son was full of spider bites all over. And the kitchen utensils were dirty. For almost $2K for only 4 days and 4 nights as our checkin is 4p and checkout is 10am.. they over charge, we literally paid for a day that we could not enjoy. This experience made me decide this will be the last time I use VRBO.
