Really good for a short stay, would recommend

Location was brilliant,1 min walk to the start of restaurants/shops etc. Parking included was a short 5 min drive from the property in a secure gated private property. Facilities were all there. Getting into and leaving the property was easy.

Unfortunately not the apartments fault but there is motorbike parking right outside the door which was very loud in the night. Also church bells which is right next door, lovely but very loud. We also heard our neighbour upstairs through the night which woke us up. There was no hand soap in the bathroom.

Very good

Location. It is well-connected to the city center, restaurants, main beaches and the facility has private parking about 5 minutes walking distance from the Appartment which is convenient and very helpful. Great advantage.

It is noisy. If you are looking for some rest, this is not the best place to be. Right in front of the Appartment, there is a motorcycle parking which is used all the time. It is loud and bothers at any time of the day. If you have little kids, maybe this is going to be too noisy for your family. Additionally, there is a church right in front as well where the church bells goes on 24h a day every 30 minutes. Everyday around 7:30am goes a cleaning truck on the street (very loud) which surely will wake you up (if you are not awaken by the church bells or motorcycles / maybe cars driving by. Suggestion to the owner: - replace windows for anti-noise windows. May help.

Le canapé lit qui sert de couchage est en très mauvais état, et on se reveille avec un fort mal au dos. Il faut absolument en changer.

Tolle Location mit Schönheitsfehlern.

Top Lage in der Altstadt von Cassis, nur wenige Schritte bis zum Hafen. Direkter Zugang von der Strasse. Gemütliche Einrichtung auf drei Ebenen. Schlafzimmer auf Estrade, nur gebückt begehbar. Alles vorhanden, komplette Küche, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, grosse Badewanne. Das Geläut der gegenüberliegenden Kirche hat uns nicht gestört. Mitunter wird es aber etwas laut, wenn die Motorräder vom vor dem Apartment befindlichen Parkplatz wegfahren. Aber nach Mitternacht herrscht Ruhe. Bäckerei 30 Meter entfernt.

Für eine Reinigungspauschale von € 50.00 (eingeschlossen), darf man ein sauberes Apartment erwarten. Der Boden im Badezimmer war jedoch nicht gereinigt und voller Haare und Staub (musste durch uns gereinigt werden). Auch der Wasserkocher machte keinen sauberen Eindruck. Sonst benützten wir keine Kücheneinrichtungen. Ein Fenster ist mit einem elektrischen Rollladen versehen, das andere mit einem alten hölzernen Faltladen. Dieser lässt sich jedoch nicht richtig schliessen/arretieren, was für eine Parterrewohnung suboptimal ist. Kein persönlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Bettwäsche/Toilettenpapier/Tücher € 15.00/Person ist nicht unüblich, aber nicht mehr zeitgemäss.
