The apartment is situated in MaxLoft building 2. Check-in was fairly easy and we were pleasantly surprised by the space in the room. Plenty big enough for our family of 3. The double bed was comfy but the sofa bed very hard. The little kitchenette was well appointed and the shower was excellent. A good location only a few minutes walk from the main gondola. Close to a Spar, ski hire and restaurants.
The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable and the room could have done with a re-paint / refresh.

The room is very nice and is having complete amenities for the stay. Location is perfect as its very near to the restaurants and ski area. The receptionist, Mr. Levan, is very accommodating and even took care of the transportation for us. Overall stay was perfect and will recommend to other travellers and friends as well.

Абсолютно все понравилось.Мы ужа давно ездим в Гудаури и это лучшие апартаменты за все это время! Просторные,куча места для хранения,все новенькое,чистенькое.Полный комплект посуды ,постельного белья.А еще для раскладного дивана был доп матрас ,что еще больше сделало наше пребывание комфортным.Диван получился как полноценная кровать.Кстати,очень тихий номер с видом на горы! Никаких пьяных гулянок по ночам не было слышно.

Nice clean studio very close to the gondola lift and to restaurants. Levan, the property manager, is very attentive and helpful, any time you need his help. Good value for money.
The door does not provide good noise isolation from the corridor, which can be problematic for noise-sensitive people. Therefore mostly recommended for youngsters.
There was no cooking pot in the apartment.
