Great and comfortable location

Location, views and apartaments are amazing. If the hotel would have a restaurant you won’t even need to leave the location as everything you need is there is one place.

The only inconvenience was that the faucets and shower heads are so damaged by the water that they sprinkle in all directions making it hard to take a proper shower.

The hotel is located in a wonderful place! There’s silence and nature around. Really comfortable place to stay for couples, familys and just the ones who prefer quiet vacation! The whole team of Dollaku appartments is amazing! They’ve helped us with everything, were really nice and polite! Lots of good emotions and memories we’ll remember! 10/10 we will be back for sure!

We loved every single thing about this property. It has the best location because it was built right on the coast meaning that you have the best sea view you can get. They offer breakfast as a buffet and it is absolutely delicious and guests have a lot to choose from. Our apartment was spacious and so clean. The staff are also amazing. The manager, Gent, is very welcoming, friendly, kind and professional. Guests have a choice of going to the pool or the beach as the hotel has both a private beach and pool which are both wonderful. There is private parking available as well.

Excellent stay

The apartment and surroundings were fantastic, just like the pictures. The staff was really attentive and solved our issues within minutes. We’ve been able to check-in earlier and they made a breakfast-basket for our early check-out.

Often there were bad smells around the pool area and sometimes in our apartement.

Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. Visited before the season begins - enjoyed quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

Be prepared to walk or drive a very steep hill to get in or out of the apartment. A little investment in a the road facility would be amazing.

Great, relaxing stay in a beautiful location.

Great hosts, great breakfast, beautiful location. Very clean premises. We had a wonderful breakfast every morning with Turkish coffee. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wifi not accessible in all parts of the 3-bedroom apartment and was needed for work. The apartments could also use bowls for soups and the mirrors in bathrooms were quite high (probably best for anyone 5’7 or taller), but there were other mirrors in the condo so this wasn’t a huge issue, but more an observation.

Fantastic place to enjoy peaceful ocean views with an very helpful and attentive staff!

The staff was absolutely fantastic, the location is gorgeous with an amazing view of the ocean. The property is situated in a more private location then most of the rest of the hotels and accommodations which we really liked, it was still an easy walking distance to the main area with bars and restaurants. Breakfast was great! When we left we were gifted some Olive Oil and a magnet to remember our stay which was a lovely touch. Again, the staff was excellent!

The shower was not working properly when we arrived, however as soon as we let them know they immediately fixed it and we all had a good laugh which was fun! I wish the restaurant offered food other than breakfast since its a bit of a walk to get food from anywhere else. Giving guests some information on places that delivery or coordinating that delivery could be very helpful to solve this.

Well, by writing this review I will probably not be able to book this next year, but it is what it is. To sum it up, everything was perfect! When we parked the manager was already there, showed us everything and would answer our questions. Rooms are large, clean, there is an elevator so no need to take luggages by stairs. There is a swimming pool with the sea water, a lot of places to sit, drink, tan and when you come down the stairs there are two entrances to the sea. You should be aware though that the water is immediately deep. What about the breakfast that is included? There is a variety of things you can taste and drink. It does look exactly as in the photos and tastes even better. The owner and the staff is always nice and helpful.

We had a lovely time staying here and would recommend it to our friends and family

The staff were excellent and very accommodating. We arrived early and they let us have breakfast while we waited for our room to be ready. We left early on our last day and they packed us lunch to take with us. The view is incredible and being able to swim in the ocean and the pool is nice. The recommended taxi driver who picked us up from the airport and drove us to the station after our stay was incredible.

No fault or the properties but it’s not made for walking around. It’s hard to get to the shops or restaurants without a car.

unique and quiet place

Lovelly and unique place. So quiet! Private beach make such a difference because most of Montenegro beaches are dirty and full of nosie. Have in mind that the water is deep and the waves sometimes hit the ladder - it is for people who can swim well. Breakfast is very tasty, with fresh fruit and veges. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with cleaning and changing towels everyday. The owners are attentive and helpful. Bars and restaurants in Dobra Voda are in quite a distance and the road is very steep, so we preferred to go by car to places recomended by owners - all were great. WiFi worked well.

The cleaning could be better. More dishes in the kitchen.

Very good

The staff and owners are so friendly and helpful and the hotel is modern and well designed. The rooms are lovely and the views from the rooms are stunning. The access into the sea is also fantastic as the hotel practically has its own sea front

The shower didn't have enough hot water for 3 days that we were there and it flooded the hall quite frequently. They guys in the hotel were apologetic about this and did manage to fix it the end.

Great place

Views were amazing. Hotel and pool is super new and clean. The ocean is nice, we went on May and we were almost alone in the hotel. Very relaxing.

Kitchen was closed. We were planning on having dinners/lunch at the hotel and was not possible. We couldn't cook either because there was no pans or pots, or knives, forks... Place is quite far from everything so you need a car, but it's good for the views.

Perfect place to stay

We loved being there, the apartmant was spacious and luxurious. The beach offers lots of privacy, and the staff was outstandingly kind and helpful. Breakfast was nicer than on the photos, it was diverse so we could really enjoy it for a whole week.

All perfect, definitely worth to visit !

Hosts are extremely helpful and very friendly, we got immediate support with all we asked for. Rating for hosts is much above scale. Location is perfect with a gorgeous sea view. Comfortable swimming pool and private entrance to the sea. Breakfasts very tasty. The building itself is modern with a nice architecture. Accomodation was comfortable, the interior design was modern as well, balcony with an incredible view - can observe sunshines and sunsets and also the moon which lights up the sea. Close by car to Skadar Lake (less then hour to Virpazar), 20 minutes to Ulcinj with beautifull beaches and close to Albania (example Szkodra which also worth to visit). 15 minutes walking distance to Beach "Veliki Pijesak" with restaurants, bars and markets. Hvala vam puno za sve, bilo je fantastično. Sve najbolje :)

The private beach and views were brilliant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is new and very clean. Very big rooms. Free parking space. The breakfast was nice and a good variety of options.We really enjoyed our stay.

one little point of the improvement could be the access to the hotel, the road is very steep and there is no system to tell if there is a car coming up or down

The breakfast was excellent, the apartment was very comfortable, the view is amazing, the hosts are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. It felt a little bit like a private apartment.

It was not that easy to find a good place to have dinner, but this is not the place's fault.

Great place , very comfortable beds, fabulous views from the terrace, breakfast was absolutely fantastic.Amazing family hotel. Hardly recommend for large group of people. The town is just 10 min walk with a lot of lovely restaurants and cafes, just by the beach with the great sunsets

A great place to visit!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, built on a huge cliff. Private beach, with direct access to the hotel. Pool is also available when you had enough of the sea. Friendly staff, super comfy apartments. Awesome breakfast!

The room wasn’t very clean when we came, on the floor was a lot of hairs and surfaces didn’t look very well cleaned, the soap looked like diluted with water and the second day we didn’t get any real cleaning also. And the breakfast was poor. Looked like stingy and saving hotel.

Sun, sea and great relaxation

Great location and access to the sea. Breakfast was to die for, especially the aubergine dishes and home made pastries. The ambience was tranquil and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. All the facilities were great. The wifi was great too, no issues communicating with home whilst away. In addition, our flight was in the evening but we were allowed to delay our check out til then which made our last day less stressful and let us enjoy the last bit of sun. If you’re a fan of the sunsets you can see a cracking one from the rocks at the bottom by the sea 🌅. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and made us feel at home.

More of a suggestion than a dislike but a full length mirror in the room would be appreciated.

Our apartment at Dollaku apartments was just perfect, very spacious with a breathtaking view and all of the amenities you could need for your stay. The staff were so friendly and really couldn't do enough for us, the breakfasts were exceptional and very varied. I highly recommend Dollaku apartments and can't wait to visit again.
