We loved everything except for the beach. The beach is simply not available - but it was expected, clearly stated in the description and on the maps. The apartment - big enough for a family of 4, pleasant, clean, and felt like home. Everything inside, a small welcome present from the host - unexpected, thank you :), small things included (water, salt, napkins, etc.) - so nice and appreciated. Sun beds for an evening rest on the terrace, washing mashine made our stay very comfortable. The photos are very precise, and real. The host was very nice and advised good places to visit. She also recommended beaches nearby, and we were very happy with them! And a great restaurant up the hill - we did enjoy the drive there and the view, the kitchen was exceptional! There's a beach nearby, 2 min drive, but it looked crowded, so we drove a bit further. Kids loved the Utjeha "Small beach" and Long Beach with sand. The terrace is wonderful - not in the sun, a huge space, and we spent there some good time playing table games, and having wine. We had 4 days at this place, and each day was worth it.

If you are with kids just mind that comfortable beaches are not a walk distance. But a 15-min drive will solve your need. Also, markets and restaurants are close, but a drive distance.

Die Unterkunft ist toll, es gibt alles, was man benötigt. Barbara hat uns sehr freundlich mit leckerem Wein und Keksen empfangen und uns in jeglicher Hinsicht ihre Unterstützung angeboten, die wir jedoch nicht benötigt haben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, es gibt eine Waschmaschine und zwei Bäder (eins mit Badewanne und eins mit Dusche). Kochmöglichkeiten (Gas und Elektro) sind vorhanden. Der Meerblick ist sehr schön, einen eigenen Strand (wie hier vielfach zu lesen ist) hat die Villa nicht - der nächste Strand ist in etwa fünf Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zufahrt zur Villa ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber mit normaler Bodenfreiheit am Auto ist es kein Problem. Die Straßen in Montenegro sind ja generell nicht die besten ^^ Die Gegend ist sehr schön und es gibt in relativer Nähe viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Bar, Budva und der Shkodra-See sind sehr sehenswert. Zu weiter entfernten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind die Anfahrten meist sehr lang. Auf dem einen Bild sind die zwei Strände von Utjeha zu sehen, links unten der kleine und rechts der "Hauptstrand" mit zwei Restaurants.

Duschvorhänge wären nicht schlecht :-) Und vielleicht Verlängerungskabel und/oder Verteilersteckdosen könnten hilfreich sein, allerdings kann man die auch im nächsten Supermarkt kaufen...

Gyönyörű a hely, csodás kilátás, remek apartman, pár lépésre a parttól, saját napozóval. Fantasztikusak a vendéglátók, kedvességben, segítőkészségben utolérhetetlenek. Csodás élmény volt teljes kis családomnak.

Apartment was perfect- a private beach is an addition that blew us away👌🏻 I was in Utjeha before, I like Hladna Uvala beaches but somehow I skipped this place- next time I am not going to search anything else! See you in August🙌
