Great location, not a comfortable stay, not good value for money.

It was a great location near beach, coastal walks, shops. Good property if you only want to get your head down for a night or two, but not a comfortable stay for longer.

The furniture and furnishings could do with an upgrade. The sofa was particularly uncomfortable, very ridged and low back, not very cozy. The living room could do with a rug as the hardwood floors made room feel cold and not cozy. The pillows for sleeping were a bit lumpy, and duvet not good quality. For a 4star property I would expect a little more attention to detail. I nice touch would be at least a few sachets of tea, coffee, milk. I stay in Woolacombe a lot to visit family and have stayed in accommodation that is a lot nicer for less money. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Some minor maintenance issues. Door handles loose. Dishwasher shelf faulty. Unable to open doors in main bedroom. Otherwise loved everything else.

Sea views, seafood and an amazing sunset!

Lovely view of the sea from the balcony, very well equipped first floor flat just minutes away from the beach. The shed downstairs had beach stuff such as surf boards and wind breaks and they kindly let us store a bicycle in there. Lots of info about the surrounding area, walks, restaurants etc. We ate at The Beach House which was outstanding.

We loved it and would definitely stay again.

The flat is beautifully situated with great views of the sea. The main bed wasn't too soft - always a worry when staying away from home. The sofa was comfy. The kitchen was well-appointed.

The tall table in front of the fridge meant it wasn't as easy as it could have been to get to the fridge... but the table was useful! The shower in the en suite needed cleaning from the inside, particularly the door frame and the grouting. All very easily fixable and it wouldn't stop us coming again.

The view absolutely sells the property! But apartment needs some work.

The inside. Poor finishing, floor not great. Walls need a lot of work.Cannot even watch tv in bedroom it does not work and no free view. Paying just over 250 a night you would expect to be able to watch normal tv.

.One of the reasons I booked this apartment was because the terrace looked lovely to sit with a glass of something in the evening and watch the sun go down. Imagine my disappointment to find metal uncomfortable rusty chairs. I would have thought you could have made a real feature of your terrace.

Girls' trip!

The apartment is in an excellent position and well equipped. Wonderful sea views. Easy check in The owner was very helpful in suggesting good places to eat and even told us of a band playing at one of the pubs.All in all a lovely stay.

Fabulous views, easy parking and close to the beach, but we are not planning to return.

Incredible location! A very short walk into the town and to the beach. The view from the balcony is stunning. Lizzie the host was brilliant with communication. Very easy parking with a allocated space. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand prior to entering the building. There is a great outdoor shed/lock up, for each flat, for your boards and buckets/spades.

The fittings in the apartment felt a bit tired and are quite basic. The towel rail in the bathroom was loose and the metal rail easily falls out. Unfortunately, there was a major gas outage in Woolacombe during our stay and so we had 2 days of cold showers! This put a dampener on our experience of Woolacombe. It was good value for money for the location but generally Woolacombe is a very expensive place to stay. We are not planning to return.
