This cottage is just perfect for couples who want to enjoy this dramatic coastline and recharge their batteries. With a high standard of presentation throughout, guests will be delighted with the stylish accommodation and absolutely fabulous sea views. The interior is accessed by steps at the front of the building. Move through the porch and relax on comfortable leather sofas in the bay-fronted living room and take in the splendid views with a cup of tea or enjoy leisurely breakfasts and plan the day ahead in the modern kitchen/diner. On warm summer evenings, watch spectacular sunsets from the front patio. Upstairs, the attractive double bedroom, with an en-suite shower room, has a small decked balcony so you can wake up and check out the surf! There is an additional bathroom and a small guest room with a single bed for flexible sleeping arrangements on this floor (bedding available on request). This can be used as a quiet area and has an outlook over National Trust land.
You’ll be situated opposite dog-friendly Combesgate Beach meaning you’ll be perfectly located to explore the superb coastline. With Putsborough Beach at the other end of Woolacombe and Croyde Bay just 5.5 miles away, you’ll be truly spoiled for choice when it comes to sandy shores. If retail is more your thing, the market town of Barnstaple is under 10 miles away, where you can browse the shops, use the leisure centre or eat at a number of lovely eateries. Slightly closer is Braunton (4 miles), where you can visit the Museum of British Surfing.
