Private Pool Villa, Walk to Beach & 5th Ave

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Playa del Carmen. The house was incredibly spacious, clean, perfect for our group. The location was excellent, with just a short walk to the beach and easy access to restaurants and shops. The pool was lovely and a great place to relax after a day out. Our host was outstanding—always available, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. Their excellent communication made everything easy and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and well-located place to stay in Playa del Carmen. We would be happy to stay here again!

Large house that easily accommodated our three generational family of 8. The pool was a big hit as was Starbucks which is a pleasant 1km away. Everything in the house was in working order and we enjoyed breakfast there every day but walked to Playa Del Carmen every evening for dinner.

Some wear and tear as expected but no major complaints. Cover the inside garbage can and keep it away from the patio windows to avoid the hungry ants that will show up in the kitchen every night in search of food ( no food = no ants ).
