What ana amazing property. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We paid to have our laundry done and used the trike on site to get into town many times. We felt like we were at home. We were visiting family in Alaminos but none could accommodate us. But this place was home away from home for us!

We really liked how beautiful and practical the place is! There's already breakfast available and other meals for dinner upon request. It's near the city and transportation is quite accessible. The host (and their staff) were all very nice and welcoming! We're looking to book this place again when we come back.

Before arrival, the owner messaged us twice, once to ask our arrival time and another to give clear directions (very helpful since Waze shows a different name). Upon arrival, Robin and Nora warmly welcomed us. We originally booked for 6 people but added one more, and they were very accommodating (with a reasonable extra charge). The next day, they transferred us to a bigger guest house, which we really appreciated, especially since it had a downstairs bedroom for our senior companions. The property itself is beautiful, with lots of plants, greenery, and a relaxing, homey atmosphere. The outdoor areas are clean and well maintained. Breakfast was included, and we liked that the cook asked us in advance what we wanted. We were served a nice Filipino breakfast, which we enjoyed.

The interiors are a bit dated, especially the bathrooms, which really need renovation. The bathtub is high and can feel unsafe when stepping out, especially for seniors, and there are no bath mats. Basic amenities were missing—no soap, shampoo, or even hand soap. Pillowcases were also not provided, which was unexpected. discussed it with Nora, and was told, the pillowcase is actually a zipper type, that if I opened it, I will find it has another zip kind case as a pillow protector underneath.. There is one small TV in the living room and none in the bedrooms. The mattress is okay but you can feel the springs, and power outlets are not conveniently located near the bed.
