Unfortunately, they should lower the rates since most of their attractions were wrecked by the past typhoons, but they still accepted bookings. The place is naturally beautiful but the amenities are average, electric lines must be checked again since the place we stayed, the shower line sparked even the lights are flickering due to the damage caused by the typhoon, tv and electric fans not functioning, though the staff service is excellent, we were saddened by what we saw. But what is important is that we enjoyed the place, the beach, the view, the diligent and generous staff.

The place is not a hotel as mentioned in agoda. The place is ok but not clean. They did not even know that they have a guest. We are rhe only one who book that day and they rush cleaning it. The floor is so dirty and water in the shower is so little so we decided to transfer the next day. The staff even ask for payment for coffee for a black coffee that they were selling for 273 for 2 pax. But when we ask how much per sachet ng coffee is 10 pesos lng.maybe the hot water and using the mug makes it expensive😆. One thing that is nice is the old man who was there who is nice and very entertaining. But one of the staff who collect money for the coffee i think it was just her own decision.mafia in short. But greatly we found a better place and more cheaper.

Sobrang ganda ng place lalo na yung time na solo lang namin buong resort ang tahimik at ang payapa grabe worth it lahat . sobrang babait ng staff . malinis naman rooms nila at masarap ang foods. need to improve lang siguro sa cleanliness ng beach mismo although sea grass naman sya kaya lang nakakailang mag swim pag sobrang dami ng sea grass kahit linisan lang or bawasan nila yung sea grass banda don sa nasasakupan nila para mas okay. yun lang naman 9 out of 10 thankyou birdland ❤️

Subject: Formal Complaint and Refund Request – Booking Experience Dear Agoda Customer Support, I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent booking, as the property conditions were significantly misrepresented and did not meet acceptable standards for safety, cleanliness, or habitability. While I appreciated the sea view from the room, unfortunately the overall experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. Upon arrival, the parking area appeared unsafe and poorly maintained, with large boulders scattered throughout and animal waste present near the entrance. This immediately raised concerns about hygiene and property upkeep. The staff on site were not aware of my booking and asked where I had made the reservation, which created confusion and uncertainty about the legitimacy of the reservation. To access the room, we had to walk through a dining area where several dogs and puppies were lying around the seating area. The assigned room appeared more like a waiting hut and was an outdoor-style bamboo structure. Access required climbing a ladder, which felt unsafe, especially with uneven footing due to large stones around the bathroom area below. The beach area was littered with debris, including old bamboo and trash. The swimming pool appeared poorly maintained and resembled stagnant water rather than a usable swimming facility. Most concerning, the resort appeared completely vacant. We did not see any other guests on the premises, which further raised concerns about the overall condition and safety of the property. Due to these issues, I made the decision to leave the property shortly after arrival, as it did not meet reasonable expectations for an accommodation priced at *** PHP per night. I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. I have video documentation of the property conditions and am willing to provide this as supporting evidence. Given the circumstances, I respectfully request a full refund for this booking. The property conditions were not aligned with what was presented at the time of booking, and the experience fell far below acceptable hospitality standards.
