Lokalizacja, przestronność, duża szafa na ubrania, suszarka na pranie, itp.
Niewygodne łóżko, żenujący „sprzęt” kuchenny (oprócz naczyń do serwowania i picia): przydałaby się jedna normalna patelnia i deska do krojenia ;) Smród z odpływu w łazience, brak rolet/żaluzji w oknach. Skoro są 2 śmietniki na odpady, przydałoby się pomnożyć ilość worków na śmieci x2, to nie są ogromne koszty, a wizerunkowo byłby „+”.

Lokacija fenomalna, velikost apartmaja za 2 tudi. Najbolj me je navdušil pomivalni in pralni stroj. Za pomivalni stroj so bile na voljo tudi tabletke, za pralni stroj sicer ne.

- Nice location, close to make points of interest - Comfortable bed in the bedroom - Good quality windows protecting from the noisy cross-section
- Water does not run away in the bathroom sink. To get it run one has to hold the water blocker while, for example, brushing teeth - The owner mixed up the floor the apartment is located - There is NO COLD WATER in the kitchen - The bed in the bedroom is too small for two adults of a ordinary size - Nearby cross-section is quite noisy but it is the owner's fault
