die Lage ist perfekt: Bahnhof um die Ecke, Kulturpalast gegenüber, man blickt vom Balkon aus direkt darauf. Das Apartment liegt im Südwesten des Zentrums, alles ist fußläufig oder - wenn man nicht so viel laufen will - mit einer kurzen Tramfahrt erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Plattenbau im 5. OG, die Ausstattung ist überwiegend alt und sehr benutzt. Aber alles funktioniert und z.B. Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine etc. entsprechen aktuellem technischem Standard. Je nachdem, was man erwartet ist das Gesamtpaket super - aber wenn man Luxus und maximalen Komfort erwartet passt es nicht.
