Good value for money. Good independence.
No ac or curtains. If there was an issue the helplines were unreachable despite them saying it’s a 24/7 service.

Apartment with private bathroom was for 4 people. It was just me and my friend so we had a lot of space and towels. Clean, spacious, great location. Small kitchen with microwave and fridge were great. The girl at the reception helped us with check in since we couldn’t open the main entrance with the app. Everything worked out, the next day the app was working.
The water pressure and temperature change from time to time. Sometimes both is working great, sometimes the pressure is a bit weak and the temp is either hot or cold. Not a big deal though. The only thing that was bothersome was the hairdryer that works for a few seconds and then stops.

It's location. We were going to a concert at the MVM Dome, so it was easily accessible. The price was just right.
The room could use some renovation, and the cleanliness wasn't 100%. There was not hot water in the evening. Also, it was noisy at the night because of the Grund, so we couldn't really rest. (Unfortunately, I can't upload a video, even though it cleary shows how loud it was.)
