Good air conditioning, which was really needed with 38 degrees outside.
The room was big enough and the location was great.
Our shower ran out of hot water while I was taking a shower. An hour later the hot water was back, but we had to go to sleep already.. Just a small bad experience.
I don't like online check in, it gives the guests more work that should be done by the staff.

Room was very clean, light. I liked that the ceilings are high :) Location was perfect, subway station was near, tram stop is near. Even bank with ATM was on the other side of the street. Very good system of lockers and the instructions how to get in was very detailed and understandable.

Great location and very well connected with public transport to airport and town. Very safe neighborhood with loads of cafes and restaurants nearby. We requested the check in earlier than the time and it was done. Communication with the staff through emails was very good, but barely saw anyone at the property.
Check out is very early at 10am. We had a late afternoon flight and the accommodation didn't have a locker (cloakroom) to keep the luggage.
There is no kettle and coffee in the room, just some at the reception.

Location - more or less. But there's a minus - it's inconvenient to climb to the right floor with luggage
One of the main things is hot water. They had it leaked for 2 minutes.
It is necessary to honestly write that there is a hotel, and that there is an apartment for a hotel. Especially to indicate the stars.
Mo leaning service in room during the stay. No one greets, no one sees.
