Having used this property before, it was good to see that improvements had been made, to the kitchen floor, and the bathroom decor. The standards of cleanliness were very high throughout.

The communal bin areas are truly horrid, but that is not the fault of this property owner. Furniture in the bedroom is very functional, but spartan.

Basic, but comfortable. Fully equipped with everything you would need.

Overlooked by balcony's opposite and adjacent. Had to keep the curtains closed to provide any privacy. Although not directly the responsibility of the owners of the flat, the communal bin storage area was overflowing, and rat infested. Avoid it if you can!

Very spacious, clean and good communication from the owner. Washing machine to use which was good with small children. Bed was comfy, good tv and choice of channels. Lift to get to second floor.

Bath need replacing, stains and cracks on the bath. Not overly suitable for a young family, no high chair or cot on offer. Couldn’t sit out on the balcony as it was very messy (pigeons). Comes with car park space but not reserved so on a couple of occasions we struggled to park, which isn’t good with two small children. Area where the flats are is less than desirable, gardens were full of litter, beds, sofas, shopping trolleys etc. (Nothing owner can really do about it though) Didn’t particularly like the email with a threat of a surcharge for leaving late. Again with two small children, running to time isn’t always possible.
