The bed was very comfortable. The location was fantastic and check in was easy. It was nice and clean and just overall very sweet.
Whilst not the fault of anyone, we stayed during the heatwave. The fan provided was very poor, and also wired into the table so we were unable to move it from its location. I'd suggest a tower fan that people can move. The shower head also kept dropping onto our head so this could be improved.

Home from home level of facilities. Very cute, cozy, unique property. Perfect for a single traveler or a couple. Right in the centre of Canterbury, but away from noisy hustle and bustle. Beautifully renovated, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Very comfy bed, with great sit-up supports, perfect for reading in bed. I loved coming back in after a busy day in town. And it was exceptionally good price, too! Wifi access included. Plenty of plugs/ sockets.
Wardrobe space is limited. The TV is not comfortable to watch from the bed, but perfectly fine from the seat. The shower could be more powerful, but good enough. The property is on a small side, which might be an issue if you travel with a lot of luggage. I personally loved it. Definitely coming back when visiting Canterbury.

Good location. Short distance to center of Canterbury. Good to have kitchen downstairs.
Too small. Steep stairs to the bedroom. No room for two small luggage. Too hot upstairs.
