Authentic Cool Stone Villa with Private Pool, Gata, near Omiš and Split

Very beautiful and well-maintained house. The owners were very kind and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, and the area was quiet and safe. Another big advantage is the short distance to the city and the beautiful scenic routes around the apartment.

We had no complaints, everything was great.

An idyllic, peaceful location with a breathtaking backdrop. The accommodation itself was beautiful; rustic with elegant and modern decor. Plenty of space for a family of four. Three bathrooms (two showers and one bath), air conditioning and washing machine (which was a game changer!) The pool was lovely and refreshing and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our hosts could not have been more hospitable, meeting us there on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble. Where we stayed was only a 10 minute drive from Omis (which was delightful with so much to do and lots of lovely places to eat). Also worth a visit was Split's Old Town (about 25mins drive), Brela beach (about the same in the other direction) and KrKa National Park with its stunning waterfalls. Highlight was the zip lining experience in Omis. We loved it! Absolutely fab holiday. Croatia is gorgeous.

Remember bug spray!

A wonderful, comfortable house in a small village. A very beautiful location, close to Omis which is definitely worth exploring. A lot of basic cooking necessities were there on arrival, which was great. The owner and her friend Magdalena were very helpful and easy to reach. The resident cat was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nothing negative about the house itself, other than that the wifi did not seem to work in the main bedroom, but not a big issue. It’s a bit challenging to find the house initially, and the village roads are very narrow, but having gps helps a lot. Make sure to secure any laundry while drying outside overnight as the winds pick up at night. Traffic in Omis can be very bad. Find parking away from the center and walk.

The property looked amazing on the listing but it still exceeded my expectations when I arrived. Everything is perfectly clean and beautifully decorated and the space is much larger than I expected.
