HostnFly offers you this beautiful apartment located on the ground floor, a 25 square meter former commercial space located in the 5th arrondissement of Paris.
The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 3 people. It is ideally located near the JARDIN DES PLANTES and its Zoo, the magnificent MOSQUEE DE PARIS and the sumptuous JARDIN DU LUXEMBOURG.

## Logement
Located in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, this 25m² apartment with no windows that can be opened comprises:
- a bedroom overlooking the street with 1 double bed
- a mezzanine with a double mattress. Please note that the mezzanine has a low ceiling and is accessible via a steep staircase.
- a living room area with kitchen. The television visible in the photos is not functional.
- a bathroom
Access to the apartment is via the building's inner courtyard, which contains the garbage room.
You will have everything you need for an excellent stay. You will be very well served by public transportation, allowing you to explore the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers immediate proximity to shops and restaurants.
The neighborhood is very popular with locals and tourists alike. Feel free to ask me for recommendations—I'd be happy to share my favorite spots with you!
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest's stay.
In the home sanitary issues are top priority. Below are details of the measures we implemented for every guest in the house to make travel safer :
The cleaning agent in charge of preparing the flat for your arrival will be fully protected by masks and gloves during his entire task.
Covid-19 fighting products (EN 14476) will be used to clean the apartment with a specific care of surfaces, keys, doorknobs and switches
Linen will be provided by professional that use industrial machine at high temperature

The 5th arrondissement of Paris is very dynamic, and includes, of course, the Latin neighbourhood, and a very important student population, but also the Panthéon and its Soufflot street, one of the most chic and expensive streets of Paris, as well as vestiges Gallo-Roman which make of the whole an extremely tourist sector.
The famous Latin Quarter is a student district, very lively, among the oldest in Paris. Its name certainly derives from the fact that, in the university sector, instruction was given in Latin.
- Supermarket G20: 8 min on foot
- Pharmacy Appel: 9 min on foot

-Metro: Saint-Marcel line 5: 3 minutes on foot
- Metro: Censier-Daubenton line 7: 4 minutes on foot

As a host and frequent traveler I rely on reviews to help make my decisions. We had to stay in Latin quarter and wanted something more budget friendly as we had already spent a bit of time In France. The place was clean but it was funky and there really weren’t any windows. The only windows backed right off the sidewalk next to one of the bedrooms so you couldn’t really open them. The minor things like they only gave us three towels. There was no hand soap and one roll of TP and the shower tended to overflow onto the bathroom floor. You can’t put away your clothes because the IKEA furniture hasn’t been put together well and wobbles or the drawers just fell off. It was also on the ground floor so all of the garbage and recycling from the buildings nearby. All dumped their garbage every day.Our biggest issue was communication. I would get so many automated messages about checking in checking out, but when I really needed to get help, the person didn’t get back to me in time. We unfortunately encountered a bit of a cold spell and one of the heaters wasn’t working. We let them know that the day after we checked in and he didn’t reply till two days before we were leaving, telling us that he has been away and hasn’t been looking at his messages. So if you want something in the Latin quarter and you don’t mind not having the basics this place is decent enough. It’s basically a store front converted into an apartment.
