Wonderful place to stay. A very stylish loft apartment near our favourite part of Pescara with superb bars and restaurants close by. A short walk to the beach too.

The apartment is spacious and bright. Interior decoration is tasteful with small items that give the rooms a personal touch. Kitchen facilities are functional, bathroom is convenient and clean.
Overall, the stay was just perfect.
As the apartment is at the building’s attic on 6th floor, the elevator stops on 5th floor. At least there is one in the building.

The place is located in central area, it took me less than 10 minutes walking to train station or downtown area (and the beautiful beach!). It is in top floor of a 5 story apartement building, you will have so much light during the day, which I like best about this accommodation. It has everything you need: internet, TV, AC (both living room and bedroom), full kitchen (stove, dishwasher, plates/cups, coffee machine) and clean bathroom (including towels, hair dryer, and washing machine). Gianluca is a very nice and helpful host. I was impressed with the accommodation.
