Once we hit in the apartment was very nice..No one was there to greet us, Our travel was delayed, so it was later than expected. We were never told that the elevator had been broken for a very long time and we had 52 steps to go up or down every time we exited the building. We were very skeptical about going out at night. The back of the building was on a nice street but other than that didn’t seem safe to me. The owner and the property manager were amazing!

La casa è veramente bella, appena ristrutturata in una posizione ideale per andare in centro o per stare nella movida di corso Manthonè. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e risolve qualunque problema. Consigliato!

In July 2020 we, a family of 6 persons, stayed a couple days in this apartment and we enjoyed it very much. It is a very nice apartment and equipped with everything you need. You can walk easily to the beach and multiple shops are nearby as well. Upfront we communicated with Elio and he is a very friendly person and explains everything very well. We truly can recommend a stay in this apartment.
