We were very happy with this unit. We have stayed at The Somerset before and will continue to do so. The only recommendation we have is to supply 1 or 2 of the heavy duty umbrellas. Otherwise we loved every minute.

Locks need to be updated on the second bathroom door and sliding door in second bedroom. Found food and piece of torn plastic glass under coffee table.

We are a family of 4 with two college age daughters. Condo was as pictured and described. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was clean and in good shape. The beach equipment was fabulous, easy to access, and made for a great beach vacation. The condo building itself had a minor issue while we were there and the management company was easy to contact and responsive. Set up of bedrooms was good for our family, with twin beds in the second bedroom. Very nice condo!

This was a very nicely appointed facility. It offered all the conveniences of home and was directly on the beach. We liked that the property had beach equipment, for daily beach time.
Within walking distance to several good restaurants It was a nice place to feel very comfortabke during COVID restrictions .
