The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, good breakfast, wonderful pool and a relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely come back!
Unfortunately, the heating wasn’t working during our stay, so the room was quite cold that night.

Clean, Very comfortable beds, extensive breakfast, good TV with HBO, small little extra's making it feel extra luxurious.
My friend also really liked the shower
But it could be we were put in the wrong elexus hotel. There are 2 right across from eachother and I think they put us in the normal elexus hotel instead of elexus boutique (we had a good stay and it probably was an upgrade, so I don't mind)
It wasn't clear where we could check in, we were across the street and had to call.
The nearest restaurant or shop or anything is almost a 15min walk away (downhill, so you have to get back up after)
Some of the staff could be friendlier

The swimming pool area was great and also some of the staff was very professional.
The constant loud music ( unfortunately our room was next door to the pool area )
The shower glass door it wasn't on the track ( left hand side ), therefore when used water was leaking everywhere ( my daughter said we have another small pool on the floor ), also it wasn't clean
Cleaning wasn't up to standard ( crumbs on the floor )
Breakfast it seems it's first come first serve basis, we missed out on fresh fruits ( watermelon) as we went to the restaurant around 9.20 am, as a result whatever leftovers we're there, that's your option.
Will I stay there again, probably not!

A truly beautiful hotel! The interior design is stunning, I especially loved the bathroom, and the attention to detail is exceptional. The mountain view from the room and the infinity pool is an absolute gem. And the breakfast? Without a doubt the best I’ve ever had—and I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels! The variety is simply incredible; there’s something for everyone.
The only downside is that hotel guests have to pay extra to use the pool, although thankfully the fee is quite reasonable (50 RON per person).
