Beautiful scenery, up in the mountains in the highest town in Romania. You can feel the nature, and when you enter the hotel, you feel cozy and comfortable. Amazing staff, clean facilities and relaxing atmosphere. They everything you need in just one place

The location is great, although if you do not have a car is pretty far from the ski slope or from the city centre but overall I could not complain. The breakfast was very good The staff is extremely friendly and ready to help

I booked a single room for the first two nights and without overreacting , it was one of the worse accommodations I have ever stayed in. The room was extremely small ( very small) and it was a very unpleasant smell in the room. It was extremely hot and in order to make it cooler I had to switch on the A/ C.. Not a great experience The shower had a very sophisticated mechanism which really did not make sense . The same with the door entrance .I did not see the purpose of the code . It did not work anyway so in the end I had to use the card . The SPA is not great . The dry sauna was a joke . The restaurant is extremely expensive for what it offers The same meal you can have it somewhere in the city centre at half price I had the reservation for four nights but sadly I left after two nights . It does not usually happen to me
